Course 3 Overview: Making Life "ADHD-Friendly" (18min)
What does "ADHD-Friendly" mean?
It means learning how to get better control of our lives — with a lot less anxiety and aggravation. More optimism. Bigger bandwidth (because our brain is freed up for the important things), and so much more time to enjoy our lives.
To do this we take our knowledge of "Executive Functions" and learn how to create external supports to get things done.
