Ready to start solving your Adult ADHD puzzle? You’re in the right place!
I created this online training to empower you and accelerate your progress — “warp-speed”.
This is what evidence-based therapy and medication management should look like — if you could find or afford it.
Each course is packed with practical strategies, expert insights, and tools to help you understand the complexities of ADHD as you experience it — not as a one-size-fits-all stereotype. Once you understand your unique ADHD puzzle, you’ll be ready to move forward with confidence and real solutions.
Courses are self-paced and include plenty of support materials to keep you on track.
Need more help? Bring the worksheets to your therapist, even if they’re not an ADHD specialist.
Want live support? Opt-in for invaluable Q&A sessions via Zoom, where I’ll personally help you navigate challenges.
Click on each corner "puzzle piece" to explore details and choose the one that’s right for you. At checkout, you’ll have the option to add additional courses.
Have questions? I’m here to help. Just click the “Contact Gina” button above. Let’s get started!
Courses are self-paced, with plenty of support materials to keep you on track. Need more help? Take the worksheets to a therapist who might not have ADHD expertise but does have good clinical skills.
These courses are proven winners when it comes to understanding the complexity of ADHD as it's showing up in your life, not a stereotype's. Once that is clear, you can better move on to healing and practical strategies.
Course participants can also opt to join the invaluable Q&A discussions via Zoom. (Not sure how Zoom works? I'll help you! You can join from your phone, laptop, or other device). You'll be offered the option at course checkout.
In 2004, I started the first discussion-support groups for the PARTNERS OF ADULTS WITH ADHD.
The adults with ADHD had books and other resources. Their partners and other loved ones, however, had nothing that even acknowledged—much less helped them to navigate these issues.
Men with female ADHD partners tend to really struggle to find understanding and guidance. That's why I offer a monthly Zoom group for these men.
Currently, adults with ADHD in the course can opt to join us for Zoom calls—part Q&A, part general discussion and support. In time, I hope to offer groups for adults with ADHD who have been through the course.
